Discount Codes & Promotions


How do discount codes work?

  • Where can I enter a code? You can apply your discount code in the cart or during checkout in the "Discount code / coupon" field. The order total will update automatically after the code is applied.

  • Usage conditions: discount codes may have expiration dates, minimum order values, product or category restrictions, or limited usage availability.

  • Combining promotions: discount codes generally cannot be combined with other codes or selected promotions unless stated otherwise.

  • Discount scope: discounts usually apply to products only. Shipping fees and additional payment-related costs are excluded unless specified in the promotion terms.

  • After placing an order: discount codes cannot be added retroactively. Refunds are issued for the amount actually paid. Promotional codes are not automatically reactivated after returns unless explicitly stated in the promotion rules.

  • If the code does not work: check the expiration date, usage limits, minimum cart value requirements, spelling, and whether selected products or promotions are excluded. Some codes may be available only for logged-in customers.

Can discount codes be used on discounted products?

  • In most cases no, unless the promotion is clearly marked as combinable.

Can I use more than one discount code in a single order?

  • Usually one discount code per order.

Availability & Order Processing


Where are orders shipped from? Do you only sell in-stock products?

  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poland. We dispatch orders across the European Union and selected international destinations directly from our own warehouse.

  • We only sell products that are physically in stock. Product availability reflects actual warehouse inventory. We do not offer products that are unavailable or not yet secured in stock.

  • Inventory updates: stock levels are synchronized regularly. In rare situations involving inventory discrepancies, such as the last available unit, we will contact you and provide a quick resolution.

How can I check if a product is available?

  • Product page status displays current availability information such as "In Stock", "Temporarily Unavailable", or estimated dispatch time.

  • Variants such as color or version may have different availability statuses.

  • Cart availability is verified during checkout. Adding a product to the cart does not reserve inventory until the order is completed and confirmed.

A product is unavailable. What can I do?

  • Use the "Notify Me When Available" option, if available, and enter your email address. You will receive a notification once the product is restocked.

  • For larger orders or urgent requests, please contact us. We can verify incoming deliveries and estimated restock availability.

How long does delivery take?

  • Delivery times depend on the destination country, selected shipping method, and local courier operations.

  • Available shipping options and estimated transit times are displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

Which payment methods are available?

  • We support secure international payments through Stripe and PayPal.

  • Depending on your country and checkout configuration, available payment methods may include credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, local payment methods, and bank transfers.

  • Only payment methods available for your selected delivery country and order configuration will be displayed during checkout.

Are payments secure?

  • Yes. Payments are processed through trusted international payment providers using encrypted and secure transaction systems.

  • We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Can I change the payment method after placing an order?

  • Please contact customer support. We will verify whether payment changes are still possible at the current order stage.
